INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS
Go for Gold collaborates with industry leaders who are committed to promoting transformation in South Africa, seeking talented human capital for their businesses, and inspiring youth to become future leaders in their industry. Go for Gold partnerships are mutually beneficial as the programme helps our partners maintain and/or build their BBBEE scorecards for skills development and socio-economic investment, while also generating tangible social impact. In turn, Go for Gold beneficiaries receive academic, emotional, and financial support from Go for Gold, enabling them to become employable and successful individuals.
Go for Gold is eager to catalyse the collaboration between youth and technical industries because it is essential to address South Africa’s development challenges and future ethical leadership. Go for Gold aims to bring talented black technical graduates to various technical industries in South Africa.
