Breaking: Go for Gold initiates Covid-19 Educational Gap Recovery Programme
Covid-19 severe learning losses and worsening inequalities in education can be reversed, with your help.
Go for Gold is launching a Covid-19 Educational Gap Recovery Programme for Grade 10 students. Go for Gold has experienced the negative impacts Covid-19 had on our students’ time at school. Our new programme is an effort to circumvent any educational gaps younger students suffered during the academic downtime.
Current Grade 10 students who are interested in technical vocations in either the construction or manufacturing sectors are invited to apply to start the programme in April 2022.
Go for Gold is fundraising to buy tablets for the 2022 Grade 10 class. If you would like to make a donation toward the purchasing of 40 tablets for Grade 10s, please follow the instruction above, donate to our BackaBuddy Campaign or contact Karen@goforgold.org.za
